Sarcoidosis, also known as Besnier-Boeck disease, causes granulomas to form in the body's organs, most often the lungs or lymph nodes. More often than not, sarcoidosis clears up on its own.

If organ transplantation can lead to initiate sarcoidosis in recipient and take account of unidentified causative agent/s can postulate that the disease cause some changes in immune cells of patient or maybe prodution of yet some undetectable subset of immune cells which present in the site of disease activity and transfer from donor to recipient and force for changes of immune cells of recipient. and if poorly soluble antigen/s cause this disease then why cant we think that the immune system finally overcome and get rid of the antigen and if relapse happens it is not for the remnant antogen but for the next entering new antigen into the body that cause overreaction of immune system. And finally why the use of analytical biochemistry cant answer the active agent in the keviem-siltzbach test.
